We understand that life happens, so we try to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible to cancel your account or place it on freeze.
Membership Cancellation Policy. If you have a commitment type agreement, your cancellation will be processed at the end of the agreement term. If you are requesting an early termination for reasons outlined in your agreement, please bring documentation to the front desk. Once received, we will process according to your agreement terms.
Membership Freeze Policy. General Freeze: This option allows you to freeze your membership for maximum of 3 consecutive months. One freeze allowed per calendar year. During this period, you will not have access to any of the facilities or services. If your Annual Fee date is within freeze period, that fee will still be charged to your account. At the end of the freeze, the membership dues will automatically restart and allow access to the facility.
