- No refunds or make-up classes. A lesson credit may be issued for use on a future start date for long-term medical issues or scheduling issues.**
- Sign up at least 2 days before the start date, failure to do so can result in a $5.00 late sign up fee.
- If a class does not have at least 2 swimmers on the day prior to starting. That class may be cancelled or combined with another at a different time.
- Due to the volume of swimmers we teach, all communication about enrolled swimmers/class changes will be via email.
FALL / WINTER / SPRING LESSONS:
2 days per week for 4 weeks (8 lessons)
LEVELS – PS1-PS3 available – 2 days per week for 4 weeks (8 lessons)
Lessons held in our indoor recreation pool, heated to 87 degrees.
LEVELS – PS1-SC6 available – 2 days per week for 4 weeks (8 Lessons)
Level 1-3 lessons held in our indoor recreation pool, heated to 87 degrees.
Level 4-5 lessons held in our indoor lap pool, heated to 83 degrees
Level 6 lessons held in our outdoor lap pool, heated to 80 degrees
1 time per week for 4 weeks (4 Lessons)
LEVELS – PS2-SC4 available – 1 day per week on Saturdays (1 hour lessons) 1 time per week for 4 weeks (4 Lessons)
What age is the swimmer?

Ages 3 years to 6 years – (PS) Preschool Levels
Ages 7 years + – (SA) School age levels
What level is the swimmer?
Parent/Tot (12-36+ months):
The goal is to familiarize the students with water, experiment with getting wet, floating, reaching, kicking and breath holding.
PS/SA Level 1:
In this entry level class, students learn to be comfortable in the water, get their face wet, hold their breath and front and back float with assistance.
PS/SA Level 2:
Students learn to float on their front and back without assistance. Kicking and gliding is refined. Rhythmic breathing is introduced.
PS/SA Level 3:
Students learn to swim head lead prone as well as supine while flutter kicking efficiently, swim under water, glide in a stream- lined position, elementary backstroke, and are introduced to kicking 25m in the lap pool.
Swim Clinic 4:
This is the first class taught solely in the deeper, 25 meter lap pool. Students further refine skills/drills for front, back crawl and elementary backstroke. Sculling on the back and circle swimming are introduced. Students learn to swim drills 25 m continuously. (Cap & Goggles are required.)
Swim Clinic 5:
Freestyle and Backstroke are the emphasis: Drills, stroke mechanics, endurance and efficiency are addressed. Starts, dolphin kicking, turns and somersaults are taught. Must swim a smooth 25m of each stroke with the proper start and finish to complete this level. (Cap, Goggles, & fins are required.)
Swim Clinic 6/Pre-Swim Team:
In Swim Clinic 6, students will continue improving Free & Back, and will develop Breaststroke, Butterfly, Flip turns, and competitive diving from the blocks. Speed, endurance, USA rules, etc will also be taught. Students are placed in this Swim Clinic by age, as entry on the team has different requirements at different ages. (Cap, Goggles, fins & mesh bag are required.)

Swim Team: Our youth swim team is for qualifying swimmers age 6-18 years (Swimmer must try out for swim team; swimmer will be asked to demonstrate front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke & butterfly plus flip turns and dives.) Adult Swim Clinic 1 and 2: In this entry level class, students who can hold their breath under water will learn to swim front crawl (freestyle) and backstroke in about 8 weeks of instruction. (2 sessions) (Goggles and fins required.)
Adult Swim Clinic 3: After completing Adult Swim Clinics 1 & 2, students who want to continue to work on endurance, speed, and efficiency as well as use swimming as a fitness program can sign up for Swim Clinic 3. Open water swim training, including drafting, wet suits, etc. is introduced as well. (Goggles and fins required.)
Adult Swim Clinic 4: (Masters 101) A continuation of 3, plus Breaststroke, Butterfly, Flip turns and dive starts are also introduced in this class. Prerequisite: completion of Adult Swim Clinic 3 or instructor approval. (Goggles and fins required.)
Triathlon Swim Skills: This class is designed specifically to help the swimmer swim fast, efficient, confident freestyle in open water. Sighting and drafting are just two of many skills taught.
Masters: This is our adult swim team. All swimmers, ages 19 and up, are encouraged to join. For more information, pick up a swim team brochure at the front desk.
